AAE offers bespoke manufacturing services for prototype and small production run parts and assemblies for Defence and industry, primarily in the aviation space. Leveraging the company’s established quality control systems, along with its extensive milling, turning, sheet metal and composite manufacturing capabilities, AAE is now offering a specialised manufacturing service.

In support of aging and legacy platforms, AAE can reverse engineer components, facilitate design approval, fabricate the part and release the part to service under our CASA PART 21G approval. This capability is seeing growing demand as support for aging platforms becomes increasingly important.
